These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the GotHandld website (gothandld.ca), our missed-call text-back service, and our SMS messaging program. GotHandld is a trade name of Kos Design Group Ltd. ("we," "us," "our").

By using our services or opting into our SMS messaging program, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our service

GotHandld provides automated text-back responses to missed calls on behalf of trades businesses, including conversation handling and appointment booking. Service details and pricing are provided on our website.

2. SMS messaging program

2.1 What we send

Our SMS messaging program includes:

• Service updates and notifications
• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Responses to service-related inquiries
• Marketing promotions where you have explicitly opted in

The program is designed to ensure optimal customer support and respond to service-related inquiries.

2.2 Opt-in

You opt in to our SMS program by:

• Texting our business number
• Submitting your phone number through a form on our website
• Replying to a missed-call text-back message
• Otherwise providing your phone number with the understanding that we will text you

2.3 Opt-out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 587-326-9830. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.

After unsubscribing, you will not receive further SMS messages from us. If you wish to opt back in, contact us or text START to the same number.

2.4 Help

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance.

2.5 Frequency, rates, and liability

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our service.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

2.6 Age restriction

By using this service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18 years old, you may not use or access our services or opt into our messaging program.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Send abusive, threatening, or harassing messages
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt our services
• Impersonate any person or entity

4. Pricing and payment

Service pricing for business clients is CA$400 per month, billed monthly through Stripe. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. There is no setup fee and no long-term contract. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is." While we work to maintain reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We are not responsible for missed messages caused by carrier issues, customer device issues, or factors beyond our reasonable control.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
